Shipping and delivery

SenMon GmbH supplies digital files electronically and ships physical products only to destinations for which a delivery option is available at checkout. The applicable shipping charge and the total order price are shown before the order is placed. If no delivery option is available for your address, the order cannot be completed.

Physical products

Availability is shown on each product page. We do not accept orders for products shown as out of stock. The delivery method and estimated timing, where available, are displayed during checkout. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Tracking information is provided when the selected service offers tracking.

Digital products

Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address supplied at checkout after payment and any required consent step. They have no physical shipping charge. Product pages describe the file format and what is included.

Problems with delivery

Please use the Contact page with your order number if an item is missing, damaged or delayed. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Any import duties or taxes outside the stated checkout total will be disclosed before purchase where applicable.
